Sweet right? I will not quit until I have exhausted every possible avenue with these feathers. And what could be prettier than hanging a strand somewhere in your abode. Nothing methinks.
I really enjoy making these feathers. There is something lovely about the tiny patchwork bits that get chopped and sewn then chopped and sewn together again.
I think Coco likes them too. I wish I could remember what we were laughing at though. Something super funny that came from the mouth of that long-fringed goof up there no doubt. She really is the best.

Before I go, a huge thank you to everyone who shopped the sale! I am so happy to be packing up all your orders over the next week or so. I’m grateful for all the enthusiastic and really kind feedback on the new site too and am keen to keep receiving it good/bad/otherwise. I’m still settling in to all the behind the scenes technology and trying to make Andy proud. Instead of tenser than a SWAT team standoff.
Secretly I’m thinking Otto will be my go to guy if things go wrong. He doesn’t have a full time job in front of the computer and I haven’t pushed my all my luck with him just yet.
